I space out my custom orders to give myself rest days, and to work on premade designs! I aim to get 2 customs shipped a week (sometimes more if I have extra time!), but if you're curious where you are in my queue please check my Trello! The link is on the left of my website, down below, or you can find it through my carrd. I'm always happy to give a rough date estimate upon request!
When are you reopening commissions?
- I always announce via my social media platforms about a week before I reopen commissions!
- Currently, my next custom openings will be posted in late July - early August!
How long will it take for an order to be shipped?
- Premade items: Shipped within 3-5 business days! I do a post office run once a week on Fridays so time between you place and order and when it ships depends when in the week it is placed!
- Custom or MTO: Processing time may vary! I try to ship 2 customs a week minimum, but if you'd like to know a shipping date estimate please reach out and ask! You also are able to check my current order queue on my trello here.
How do I personalize an order?
- Please leave personalization details for orders in the order notes at checkout! Here's a picture showing where to look to find that:
Category Types~!
- Custom - A fully customizable listing
- Made to Order - A preset/surprise design that is created after your order is placed!
- Premade - A specific item that is already made and is then shipped when purchased
I'm not seeing my country/state listed as a shipping option - help!
- Don't worry! If you need help with this, please feel free to reach out to me for a custom shipping quote! I also take international orders directly through etsy for simplicity - I'm happy to make a listing there for whatever item you're looking to purchase!
- As of Dec. 12th 2024 I will no longer be taking any orders from EU countries due to the new GPSR policy being implemented. I am so sorry about that! In the future if I can figure out a way to stay compliant that is within my budget I may offer EU shipping through my Etsy.

Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.

Payment is upfront, my site offers Stripe payments (for debit/credit cards) and Paypal! If you recieve a custom quote from me that extends beyond the scope of a current listing, I may choose to take payment through Paypal invoice.

Additional fees may be added for very complex designs.

- In the event of a package getting lost in the mail, I will do my best to help the postal carrier find it! But I cannot offer full refunds on custom orders unless I am able to file a successful insurance claim on it.
- Once I have dropped off the package at the post office/postal carrier I am unable to change the address, so please make sure to give me plenty of heads up if you need the address changed! It isn't an issue for me to do, I just need to know ahead of time!
